Description of Services:

Palliative, respite and transitional health care services for those with HIV/AIDS/HCV in a home-like environment * services include case planning, social and recreational support, nutritional services, house keeping, and community coordination

Clients are admitted for a maximum of 12 months * short-term and respite stays available

The John Gordon Home provides support to people with HIV/ AIDS and HCV (Hep C) who have immediate health care needs to realize positive health and wellness outcomes through the provision of: Transitional Care; Respite Care; End of Life Care.
